Pyramid design & drafting will guide you through the whole building design and architectural drafting process
STAGE 1: PREPARATION OF DESIGN BRIEF
Clients are initially encouraged to compile and provide a Design Brief (which may consist of a wish list of notes, pictures, sketches, scrap book of ideas and any land information you may have) and then email or post it all to us.
Please also download and complete the Pyramid design & drafting Design Brief Checklist (to help guide you) and send us a copy. We will then review your Design Brief (and If need be arrange a no obligation preliminary meeting held in our office). At the preliminary meeting you can also ask about our extensive range of pre-designed homes and can consider basing your design on one of these. At this stage we can show you some of our exciting new designs!
From there we will prepare a detailed Fee Proposal for your approval.
