- What is the approximate Total Floor Area of the proposed building(s)? (including internal Floor Space, Garages, Carports, Alfresco, Verandahs, Deckings, Balconies etc.)
- How many stories are proposed in the building(s)? (eg. Single storey, Double storey, Three storey, Split level, Tri Level, Attic / Loft etc.)
- What is the address of the property or properties to be developed?
- What is the facade style of the proposed building(s)? (eg. Modern, Heritage, Colonial, Federation etc)
- What are the types and quantity of rooms you require? (eg. Number of bedrooms, Number garages, Number of living rooms, Number of bathrooms, extent of Verandahs and Alfresco etc.)
- Do you have any specific room size requirements?
- Provide a brief description of the portion of land to be developed (eg. flat or steep, easements or covenants, views, existing trees or no trees, flood affected, bushfire prone, other information)
- Is the property to be developed required to comply with specific "Estate Design Guideline" requirements?
- What is your approximate budget / estimate for proposed building costs?
- What is the proposed building construction method? (eg. Brick veneer, Double brick, Timber clad, Timber floor, Concrete slab floor, Tiled roof, Colour bond roof or other)
- Are the ‘Existing House Plans’ available if you are proposing to extend or renovate?
- Have you made any preliminary enquires to the Local Council about your proposed development?
- Have you prepared any rough floor plan and elevation sketches of the proposed building that you can supply?
- Can you provide a copy of the following documents relating to the property to be developed (if applicable)? (Deposited Plan, Sewer Diagram, 88B Instrument (indicating any easements or covenants), 149 Council Planning Certificate or Contour Survey)
- Do you require a BASIX Assessment and Certificate?
